Todd Wallace Elected Chair of LSBA Labor Relations and Employment Law Section

Partner Todd Wallace has been elected Chair of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Section for 2026-27.  Section members are involved with employment law as well as traditional labor law matters such as the National Labor Relations Act and collective bargaining, Fair Labor Standards Act, employment discrimination law, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, OSHA, ERISA litigation and employee benefits, and state tort, wage payment and other employment law. Annual activities include co-hosting a spring labor and employment law seminar with LSU and co-hosting a fall labor and employment law seminar with the LSBA.
